By accessing or using uiskill.sh(the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

uiskill.sh is an open platform for packaging, sharing, and installing AI agent skills. The Service allows users to create, publish, and install structured instructions ("Skills") that AI coding tools can read and act on.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of Skills and other content you publish on the Service ("User Content"). By publishing User Content, you grant uiskill.sh a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to publish your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content does not contain malicious code, harmful instructions, or illegal content

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Publish Skills that contain malware, exploit code, or harmful automation
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by uiskill.sh and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use uiskill.sh trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, uiskill.sh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
