This Privacy Policy explains how uiskill.sh("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our Service.

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address (via GitHub OAuth)
  • Username
  • Display name
  • Avatar URL (from GitHub)

2.2 Content You Publish

We store the Skills and other content you publish on the platform, including skill specifications, markdown content, reference files, and metadata (name, description, version).

2.3 Usage Data

We may automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and features used
  • Timestamps of access

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Display your published Skills to other users
  • Send important Service-related notifications
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Public content: Skills you publish as public are visible to all users and may be installed via the CLI
  • Service providers: We use third-party services (hosting, authentication, database) that may process your data on our behalf
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth with GitHub OAuth. We do not store your GitHub password.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your published Skills
  • Withdraw consent for optional data processing

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These cookies are necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party services:

  • GitHub — for OAuth authentication
  • Supabase — for authentication and database
  • Vercel — for hosting and deployment

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
